Apartment Complex EV Charging Hub

Greenview Apartments wanted to attract environmentally conscious tenants by offering convenient EV charging. We designed and installed a 24-station Level 2 charging hub in their parking garage.

The project included upgrading the electrical infrastructure, installing smart charging stations with payment processing, and implementing a reservation system for residents. We also added solar canopies over the charging area to provide renewable energy.

The charging hub is now fully utilized by residents and has become a major selling point for the apartment complex. The solar canopies provide 40% of the charging energy needs.
